Melissa was born on June 7, 1987 and passed away on Wednesday, December 21, 2011.
Melissa was a resident of Mary Esther, Florida at the time of her passing.
She graduated from H.B. Plant High School in Tampa in 2005 and from Florida State University with a BA in Humanities in 2009.
